Terms of Supply & Institutional Procurement

1. Statutory Entity & Engagement Terms

These Terms of Supply govern all wholesale procurement contracts, direct clinic purchases, and public teaching hospital tender bids entered into with Mehboob Enterprises (Private) Limited ("Mehboob Enterprises"), a licensed importer of medical devices under Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) Form-4 establishment registration.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Tender Commitments

Official proforma invoices and tenders are issued in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USD for international shipments. Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless designated otherwise under public procurement regulatory authority (KPPRA/PPRA) guidelines.

3. Metallurgy Warranty & Quality Assurance

All surgical forceps, elevators, and extraction instruments manufactured from AISI 420 Martensitic German-specification stainless steel carry a Comprehensive 3-Year Anti-Corrosion & Functional Replacement Warranty:

• Autoclave Resistance: Instruments are warranted to withstand repeated 134°C vacuum autoclave sterilization cycles without pitting, passivation breakdown, or hinge stiffening.
• Defect Protocol: Any instrument exhibiting metallurgical fault, weld fracture, or surface oxidation under normal clinical use will be immediately replaced at zero cost.

4. Rotary NiTi Files & Consumables Inspection

Single-patient and clinical consumable items (NiTi endodontic rotary files, sterilization pouches, dental needles, impression silicones) are delivered in factory-sealed, tamper-evident blister packaging with clearly embossed lot numbers and expiration dates complying with CE and ISO 13485:2016 norms.

5. Institutional Delivery & Acceptance Protocols

For teaching hospital contracts (including Lady Reading Hospital LRH, Khyber Teaching Hospital KTH, and Hayatabad Medical Complex HMC), delivery inspections are conducted on-site in Peshawar alongside the biomedical engineering board. Goods received in damaged cartons or lacking certificate of analysis will be replaced within 48 hours.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All supply accords and commercial agreements are governed by the laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Jurisdiction resides exclusively within the competent courts of Peshawar.
